Every month, in cities all over world, Vistage holds day long peer learning workshops. During these workshops, members work together to create new ideas and solutions for some common business issues. These workshops are divided into morning and afternoon sessions. The morning is normally devoted to a “best practices” presentation on a specific topic by a world class speaker. The afternoon is called “the private session” and is typically devoted to problem solving. At the outset of each private session, a specific issue from one member is selected by the group. The Executive Coaching offered by Vistage includes access for two hours per month to your personal coach. Groups of peers are limited to 20 members with whom the CEOs and Presidents of large businesses can bounce ideas and help each other make executive level decisions. They work with like-minded people in business to gain new perspectives and implement ideas that will bring growth to their respective businesses. Members share goals and hold each other accountable for taking action with the decisions they make in the peer group. All discussions within the group and during coaching sessions are confidential.
